Abstract
Hi welcome to this blog! This blog will be explaining about a lab that we did! It's called physiology of exercise, and it's when we did 3 activities and compared the results! Like relaxing, walking, and running! And what are we comparing? Keep reading to find out!
Hypothesis
My hypothesis for this lab is that, when a person relaxes their pulse and heart rate would be steady, you know still going but gently! And you won't have any sweat because your not doing something where you could sweat! (Unless the room was very hot!)
And as the activities gets harder your heart rate will go higher, and you would get sweaty! And for the temperature I think it would be normal when you are sleeping because your not doing anything but laying there.... Completely! And I still think your temperature would be the same throughout because I think it only raises when you have a fever (I could wrong!) I don't know, but it could rise when you run for 5 minutes maybe... But I think it won't!

Introduction
"Metabolism is the set of chemical reactions that occur in living organisms in order to maintain life. These process allow organisms to grow and reproduce, maintain their structures, and respond to their environments.
Measure basic body metabolic parameters:
-pulse
-respiration rate
-blood pressure
-Sweat
The objective of this lab measures body metabolic mechanism in response to different levels of exercise: Pulse, respiration rate, blood pressure, temperature internal and external, and of course... Sweat!"
That is the basic and information of this lab!!

Procedure and advice on the relaxing activity
Ok so your now ready to do the activities! It's best if you did a practice one then once your finished you'll be ready for the real test!
Before starting get someone who is willing to do it! And someone who will take the job seriously! Have that someone laying down on a table, floor, chairs, or whatever if comfortable with them! Then have them rest for about 10 minutes! And do everything you can to make their resting place more comfy, like a sweater as a pillow or a blanket, or a binder as a pillow, whatever they prefer!
Once the lights are down and everything is dark and quiet, make sure you don't make a sound, for it could disturb the relax person! You can get a piece a paper before you start and write to each other, instead of whispering, because the person might try and strain their ears to hear what you are saying! And that isn't relaxing!
When 5 minutes has gone by take the external and internal temperature! And write the results down! Then after another 5 minutes gone by, do it again!
Whenever you get a blood pressure you can start when you think is the right time... Just make sure it isn't the time when the person just looks relax! Like 5-10 minutes!
Advice:
*Relaxing person try and not to laugh, because your going to disturb everyone around you, and it would ruin the whole lab! (This goes for everyone!)
*Rest of the group try and be gentle as you can when you do the test, you don't want the resting person to be all jumpy because you either scared them, or you just were too rough!

Procedure and advice on the Medium activity
Now your in the 2nd stage of your activity! Now this is where a person (either the same one or someone else) will walk around for 5 minutes! And when they get back, the rest of the group has to be ready! You can't go with them, because somebody has to be around to get ready for the test! If you go too slow, they will have to restart the whole thing! So be fast!
As soon as they leave, get the thermometer ready, and the blood pressure, it's just like the relaxing activity but you have to be really fast!
And make sure you don't leave the room at all! Because they might return and if your not there, no one could do the testing... Well they could do it on their own I think, but still, it's much more faster with other people doing it for them!
Advice:
None

Procedure and advice on the Extreme activity
This is the exact some thing on the medium activity, but this time the person runs for 5 minutes, or they do weight training if they prefer! And as for the advice and what the rest of the group do, search the medium activity!
